Welcome to the Alexandra Medical Centre
Alexandra Medical Centre (AMC) is a family medicine clinic in Ingersoll, ON. We are located on the second floor of Alexandra hospital and provide full-scope family medicine services including pediatrics, prenatal care, minor procedures, preventative health and chronic disease management. Our physicians also serve our community as part of the medical staff of Alexandra Hospital.
We are currently seeing our patients in-person. Some virtual visits are still available for specific circumstances.

The answering machine will accept voice messages during the day, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. After these hours the answering machine is not activated and you will not be able to leave a message.
Afterhours Urgent Care Clinic:
As a member of the Ingersoll Family Health Organization, the Alexandra Medical Centre will be hosting Afterhours Urgent Care Clinics. These clinics will be held on Wednesdays, Thursdays and the occasional Saturdays (See below for these dates). The Afterhours Urgent Care Clinic on Wednesdays and Thursdays, will be held beginning at 5:00 pm and the appointments will be booked the day of, starting at 9:00 am. The Saturday Afterhours Urgent Care Clinic will begin at 8:00 am and will run until 11:00 am. These clinics at the Alexandra Medical Centre are located at 29 Noxon Street, 2nd Floor, Ingersoll. The phone number to book an appointment is 519-485-9617. The phones will not be answered once the clinic is fully booked. Should you get a message on the answering machine, this will indicate the clinic is full for that particular day. The Afterhours Urgent Care Clinic is available to patients with the following physicians: Dr. Allen, Dr. Baker, Dr. Frye, Dr. Kellow, Dr. Walsh, Dr. Bruce, Dr. Blake, Dr. Collins, Dr. Matsuo, Dr. Wohlgemut, Dr. Thompkins, Dr. Vu and Dr. Yu. This is not a public Afterhours Urgent Care Clinic. We look forward to serving your urgent afterhours needs.

Primary Care Providers
Dr Sundus Kellow
Dr Kellow joined the Alexandra Medical Centre in November 2022.
Dr Arlan Walsh
Dr. Walsh grew up in a small town outside London, and studied medicine at Western University. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Queen’s University. Dr. Walsh has a general family practice and also provides inpatient care at Alexandra Hospital. He lives in London with his wife and two kids.
Ashley White
Ashley has been a Registered Nurse since 2009, when she graduated from the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at McMaster University. She has worked in a variety of acute medical and surgical care settings before going back to school to complete her Master of Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner degree from The University of Western Ontario. Ashley works at the Alexandra Medical Centre as a Nurse Practitioner and lives in London with her husband and daughter.
Dr Elizabeth Allen
Dr. Allen completed her undergraduate degree in biology at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. She attended The University of Western Ontario for both medical school and her residency in family medicine. In addition to her family practice Dr. Allen provides inpatient and emergency room care at Alexandra Hospital. Dr. Allen is an adjunct professor at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry and partakes in the education of medical students and resident physicians.
Dr Kimberly Baker
Dr Baker is from London and grew up in Toronto. She attended The University of Western Ontario for undergrad and completed medical school at Queen’s. She then returned to complete her residency in Family Medicine through Western. She has an interest in interventional pain and all things geeky. She works at Alexandra Hospital, practicing in the Alexandra Medical Centre, and lives in London with her husband and her Labradoodle Felix.
Dr Helen Frye
Dr. Frye received her Medical Doctor degree from McMaster University in 1976. In 1987, Dr. Frye was issued the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) certificate in Family Medicine. Subsequently she received her Fellowship from College of Family Physicians (FCFP). Currently Dr. Frye is practicing family medicine at the Alexandra Medical Centre.
